Cadence Connect Recap: Doing More with Less!

In the ever-evolving landscape of multifamily marketing, adaptation is the name of the game. As we entered 2024, our industry was met with challenges—rising costs, shrinking budgets, and the perennial demand to do more with less. Yet, among these trials, we continue to find ways to do more with less.

Drawing from the collective experiences and wisdom of industry leaders Barbara Savona with Sprout Marketing and Anthony Paganucci with Brynson, our event discussion centered around redefining traditional marketing strategies and empowering marketers and onsite teams to thrive in today's dynamic environment.

Everyone in attendance echoed the need to stretch bandwidth, centralize tasks, and bring marketing strategies back in-house and Barbara and Anthony expanded on their industry expertise and innovative approaches, resonating with the pain points faced by many marketers today.

In a world inundated with data, Anthony advocated for simplification, offering insights into streamlining ad spend management and gaining actionable intelligence without drowning in a sea of metrics.

Barbara championed the power of collaboration and creativity. She reassured marketers that it's okay to seek support from creative agencies, leveraging their expertise to amplify content and alleviate the burden on onsite teams. Moreover, she emphasized the importance of reclaiming personal time and finding balance amidst the demands of the job.

Heads were nodding and jaws were dropping as we revealed the tools Barbara and Anthony have created to serve our industry marketers. They are not just solutions; they represent a paradigm shift in how we approach marketing in the multifamily industry.

Of course, none of this would be possible without the support of our sponsors. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sprout Marketing, Brynson, and AGNT Media (Photography Sponsor) for their commitment to addressing the real challenges faced by multifamily marketers.

For those who missed the event, we have extended the conversation through recorded sessions with Barbara and Anthony within our Run Club community. Cadence Run Club is an online community that connects you with an enthusiastic and experienced support system of multifamily marketers and gives you access to all the tools, resources, and forms we have developed over the years to keep you well supported to go the distance. We encourage anyone who is not a member, to join this group and details can be found here!
